Five Tweets w/The Rhino:
Sacramento Kings

When we launched Pitch to the Rhino in mid-May, Andrew Nicholson, New Media Reporter for the Sacramento Kings, voluntarily started following us the day we started, which truly meant a lot to Team Rhino. We immediately reached out to him to see if he would participate in Five Tweets With, and he was kind enough to do so. Studying the team’s @SacramentoKingsTwitter account, it is clear that Nicholson usesSocial Media to engage with Kings fans in creative and innovative ways.
Nicholson manages and produces daily content for the Sacramento Kings New Media Network and oversees the day-to-day community management/maintenance of the Kings social networks. Other members of the Kings’ New Media Team include Carly Montoya (New Media Manager), David Williams (New Media Webmaster), and Jason Wise (New Media Assistant).
The Kings first became involved with Social Media in 2005. Since joining the team in 2006, Nicholson has helped get Sacramento’s only major professional sports team engaged in multiple Social Media outlets, including:
