Childhood memories: Listen, at this point I’m supposed to tell you why I love sports and why I’m contributing here.  The short story is that I have no idea how I got roped into this; and the only reason I agreed to be here was to so I could display my flaming hatred of all things social media.  Frankly, I’m shocked Toby let me do it.  However, in an effort to stick with the implied theme here I can pass along that my first live baseball game was at Fenway Park in 1981, and I’ve been a Sox fan since.  Pops was/is a Philly Eagles fan and so that stuck since birth for me, and I went to FSU so obviously I’m a bit biased towards their sports programs.
